Artist statement:

Many thanks to WAI, Westland District Library and Kate Buckley for the opportunity to share my recent works. With a background in Fine Arts and teaching, the West Coast has been my home since 2002, where I have enjoyed being part of the local community, facilitating various arts projects such as Hokitika Artclub, Driftwood and Sand, the Lantern Parade, Junk2Funk, and currently Supported Art4Me.

Outside of this my husband and I have run our own accommodation business in Hokitika since 2003, and have recently become involved in running the iconic Stonemats Hokitika business.

My love of nature and the West Coast is embedded in all my works. This exhibition is the result of 2 years playing with colours, texture, visual ideas and a Gelli Plate.

All works displayed are for sale. Unframed prints $145 each.
