Tuesday mornings between 10.30 and 11.30 join us to share tips and experiences to make positive changes in our lives, in a relaxed and social environment.

We will be focusing on the Mental Health Foundation’s ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing, Ētahi ara e rima ki te ngākau ora.
